Where it all began

Our History traces back to Johannesburg, where two friends, seasoned in CRM, decided there must be a better way to deliver CRM solutions. They envisioned solutions that were easy to use, quick to set up, and capable of making a tangible impact on businesses. Rather than merely describing these solutions, they wanted customers to experience them first-hand. This vision led to the founding of The CRM Team, where we continue to pursue excellence in CRM innovation and customer satisfaction.
